Returned goods will only be accepted if the product does not bear any traces of use. The company guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods if the shipment was sent at the buyer's expense. In the case of sending a parcel under the "FREE Shipping!!!" Promotion, the refund amount will be deducted from the shipping cost!!!!!!!!!!
Goods imported and manufactured to the customer's individual order are not subject to return.
We do not refund delivery costs. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
The money will be refunded to the Customer within 5 business days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Customer, counting from the date of receipt by PRIMAVERA HOME. Returned goods.
Every product we send is new and undamaged, initially checked by the manufacturer and then thoroughly before shipment - (if possible) by the people preparing the parcel.
The product being complained about must be complete, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the fault along with the customer's address and phone number.
We do not accept "cash on delivery" shipments and do not cover shipping costs incurred by the customer without consulting our consultant.
The buyer delivers all complained about products at their own expense to the place designated by the seller.
COMPLAINTS DO NOT COVER:
Sale items and ex-display items.
Damage resulting from improper transport (in this case, complaints should be directed to the supplier)
Damage to packaging (for example: boxes, bags, cassettes, suitcases) and extras and freebies.
We are not responsible for damage incurred during transport.
Remember to check the package in the presence of the courier or postman
and if any damage is found, draw up a damage report, which is the basis for requesting a replacement or refund.
Otherwise, we will not accept complaints if the goods were damaged during transport!!!
The report must be drawn up on the same day!!!
