Personal data processed in the "job candidates" data set. We hereby inform you that your personal data is collected and processed in the "job candidates" data set for the purposes of the recruitment process, based on your consent.

You have the right to access and correct your data if it is incorrect or outdated, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Your personal data will be stored until the recruitment process is completed, and after that time for another 6 months for the purpose of re-recruitment.

Data from the "Job Candidates" database is not shared with other entities, except for entities authorized to request this data under generally applicable laws.

Purpose: conducting the recruitment process

Basis: your consent. Personal data processed in the "Employees" database – this also applies to former RIDEX employees. We hereby inform you that your personal data is collected and processed in the "Employees" database for the purpose of maintaining employee records, within the scope and on the basis of the obligation arising from the provisions of the Labor Code. This and other data may also be processed for payroll, accounting, tax, social security, and health insurance purposes, within the scope and based on the obligations arising from generally applicable laws. Providing data within the scope specified in the Labor Code (Article 221) is mandatory. You have the right to inspect and correct the data if it is incorrect or outdated, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Your personal data will be stored for the period specified in the Labor Code. In addition to the data required under the Labor Code, the "Employees" dataset may also collect and process other data whose collection and processing is based on your voluntarily expressed consent, such as bank account numbers. In these cases, in addition to the rights listed above, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Data from the "Employees" database is made available to entities authorized to receive it under legal regulations. It may also be made available (including first name, last name, PESEL number, ID number, position, photo) to the Company's clients for the purpose of issuing a pass/permit to enter the facility/plant premises.
